About...

Anouska Knight is a Midlander mother of three with an overactive imagination and fondness for human stories.

Plucked from housewifery in 2013, Anouska won the top prize in a widely publicized UK writing contest on ITV’s Lorraine show. Since then she’s gone on to enjoy multiple book deals, spots on The Bookseller and Heatseekers bestsellers lists, and even a lunch date in Beverly Hills for pizza and writing advice from the late, great Jackie Collins OBE.

Anouska’s books have sold in over twenty territories worldwide with translations along the way.
Rated one of the best writers in the Midlands by Birmingham TV & Film Market, Anouska’s script work has also been shortlisted for Steven Knight CBE’s Open Call, and has won All3Media and The Edinburgh TV Festival’s New Writers Collective.
She is currently working on her fifth novel for Harper Collins Publishers, and scripted projects centred on Midlander-based stories.

When not making things up or writing them down, Anouska can usually be found somewhere near childhood sweetheart Jim and their three growing boys, most likely romping around the forests of their beloved Cannock Chase.
